	Senior Staff Instructor Josh Baker Owner of The Outfitter
Senior Instructor Josh Baker has been a professional outdoor educator for seventeen years. He taught at a residential environmental education center and summer camp in Colorado and then received a masters degreee in outdoor education from the University of Minnesota. While co-directing Colgate University's Outdoor Education program for twelve years in central New York, he taught outdoor leadership and backcountry technical skills to hundreds of students of various ages. Josh is an avid sea kayaker, telemark skier, ice climber and mountaineer. In 1996, he and his wife, Molly, returned to Michigan with their three children and became owners of The Outfitter. Thier love for the outdoors and desire to provide the community with opportunities to experience it is the inspiration behind The Outfitter's outdoor programming.

	Sneior Staff Instructor Molly Ames Baker Owner of The Outfitter
Senior Instructor Molly Ames Baker has been a professional outdoor educator for over eighteen years. She taught at a residential envieronmental education center and summer camp in Colorado with her husband Josh. Molly then recieved her masters degree in outdoor education from the University of Minnesota. For tweve years, Molly co-directed the Outdoor Education program at Colgate University and developed her research on "landfullness" in adventure-based programming. She was an instructor for the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) and enjoys hiking, road biking, telemark skiing and winter camping. Since moving to Harbor Springs in 2006, Molly and Josh are nurturing a sense of place in the northern Michigan landscape with their three children.
